The NeuroPace mySeizureDiary.com system allows you to keep track of
information about the your seizures you experience and
information about your general health. The diary also
makes it easy for you to share this information with
people of your choice.
How do I enter my data?
Use the Log a Seizure feature to enter information
about seizures you have experienced.
Use the My Health Update feature to answer questions and
track information about general aspects of your health.
Can I edit my data?
Yes. You can edit or delete any entries you have
made in the diary.
How can I view my data?
You can view your recorded information in several ways.
By selecting Seizure Calendar you can view your
seizure activity in a calendar month format. While in
this view you can select to see your seizure data and
health data in a list format which is better suited
for printing.
By clicking on Seizure Graph you can view your
seizure activity as an interactive plot over time.
What information do I need to enter a for a seizure?
To record a seizure in your diary, the minimum information
you must provide is the date of the seizure. Based on what
is known about the event, you may also record the seizure
time, seizure type, seizure description, possible seizure
trigger and information about the severity and duration
of the seizure.
What are Quick-Picks?
Quick-Picks allow users of mySeizureDiary.com to use their
own words to describe each type of seizure they experience.
This feature is available on the Preferences tab.
These descriptions can then be selected when recording a
seizure event. The descriptions can be adjusted as necessary.
What does it mean to Share My Diary?
If you choose to share you diary with someone else, this
means that you will be giving them permission to log into
the seizure diary system and view all of the information
you have entered. Individuals with whom you share your
diary are only able to view your data, but cannot make new
entries or make changes to the existing information.
However, invited users do have permission to export the
seizure and health information at which point, since the
data is no longer within the mySeizureDiary.com system, the
user would not be restricted from making changes.
What does it mean to Export Data?
While you have several options to view data within the
diary itself (calendar, list or graph format), you and
those you have invited to access your diary may also be
interested to download all of your entered data within a
spreadsheet. This is a completely optional feature.
What browsers does this website support?
In an effort to provide a quality experience, mySeizureDiary.com
is designed to run on current versions of Chrome though should
perform well on most current browsers. Javascript must also be
enabled on your browser.

if applicable, the specific error message(s) you are receiving.
I tried to reset my password but did not receive an email.
Check your email program's spam folder to see if the reset
password email is there. You could also add
"noreply@myseizurediary.com" to your address book
(to reduce the chance of emails sent from myseizurediary.com
getting caught in the spam filter) and then try again.
